Account Executive
We're seeking a high-energy Account Executive to drive market expansion in the outdoor adventure and hospitality sector. This hybrid field sales role is perfect for a consultative partner ready to help operators modernize their businesses.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new clients through field visits, outbound calls, dock walks, lodge visits, and trade shows
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of B2B outbound sales experience
- Genuine passion for the outdoors (fishing, hunting, guiding, boating)
- Comfortable working independently and meeting customers face-to-face
- Strong communication skills across all channels
Partner Account Manager
We're seeking a relationship-driven Partner Account Manager to expand our Partner Program across coastal markets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and close high-value B2B partnerships
- Conduct deep discovery to understand partner business models
- Structure win-win partnership agreements
- Build strong relationships through networking and local events
- Support post-close activation and partner enablement
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or outdoor recreation
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly
