How does the Flex fee range work?

The Flex fee ranges from 3% to 6%. The final percentage is determined by the total number of bookings processed annually. As your booking volume increases, your fee percentage decreases. Consult our sales team for the complete tier breakdown.

What about payment processing fees?

All plans require a separate third-party payment processing account (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). External processor fees are independent of Digital Sportsman's Flex or Scale fees. These standard payment processing fees apply regardless of which pricing model you choose.

How is Scale pricing billed?

Scale pricing is available for annual commitments at the best rates. Monthly billing options are available at a higher rate. Final pricing is determined based on your annual revenues. Contact our sales team for specific pricing based on your platform choice (DS Guide or DS Ahoy).

Can I switch between Flex and Scale?

Yes, you can transition between pricing models as your business needs change. Our team will help you determine the right time to switch and ensure a smooth transition. Most operators find Scale becomes more cost-effective once they reach consistent booking volumes.
